Here is a great video displaying duck hunting out in the field.  The second wave of birds shot in this video is pretty crazy, it is literally raining ducks.  Notice the great use of layout blinds and the proximity of the motion decoys to the blinds.  They do a great job of letting the birds work and getting them in their face for high quality shots.  You will also notice the way that they used the corn stalks to hide their blind and keep the key tenet of concealment.
